Job Description

Overview:

Edgeworth Security offers 24/7/365 security protection and monitoring/managed services to our clients and is seeking dependable, energetic people to join our team and provide exceptional services, as part of its fast-growing Managed Services/Monitoring division. Our Command Center, located in Pittsburgh, PA, is a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is the norm. If you excel at delivering superior customer service and can multi-task, evaluate situations in real-time, remain calm under pressure, follow and give direction, then you belong on our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide monitoring and incident response services to protect client locations from intrusion, theft and other unauthorized or criminal activities
  • Perform scheduled remote patrols of client sites
  • Address issues and events as they arise
  • Dispatch security personnel and law enforcement as needed
  • Document incidents in reports for management and clients

Skills & Experience:

  • Two or four-year degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Security, Law Enforcement, Military, Loss Prevention, Criminal Justice and/or Superior Customer Service experience
  • Computer proficiency and skillful in the use of MS Office a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Work a minimum of one weekend shift (Sat or Sun) per week
  • Ability to multi task
  • Professional demeanor
  • Self-starter capable of working individually and as a strong contributor to the team.
