Scanned I.D. images are then immediately viewable by our Remote Agents who can see the personal identity info of visitors and guests for further vetting. This I.D. scanner is intuitive and easy to us, working the same as inserting a debit card into an ATM to keep the gate line moving quickly.
Behind the scenes, Gatehouse's visitor management software is used by our Remote Agents to efficiently access resident contact information, white listed visitors and service providers and track gate activity. The Kiosk's built-in pass scanner makes it easy to quickly grant access to property visitors with issued passes. Guest simply hold their pass up to the scanner which reads the pass and if valid, allows access to your community.

This is a cost-effective alternative to physical security guards sitting in a guardhouse, without compromising on resident and guest experience. Our remote guard agents can see guests and visitors through the Kiosk's cameras and are able to speak directly to them through the built-in speaker and microphones.
