Michael Hughes is responsible for ensuring cyber intelligence research and production at Edgeworth Security meets the highest level of analytical rigor.
Prior to joining Edgeworth, Michael worked as a civilian all-source intelligence analyst for U.S. Special Operations. Michael has worked closely with representatives of numerous U.S. government agencies and has garnered an abundance of experience seeking interagency solutions to some of the toughest national security issues. Michael served as the senior analyst at deployed interagency, multinational task forces where he was responsible for developing the most accurate intelligence picture for military commanders, US government leaders, and operational elements. Michael has years of experience working closely with technical developers building programs to database, process, and visualize intelligence information.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Modern Languages from the Virginia Military Institute.
Michael joined the Cyber Intelligence team in summer 2018, where he works to bring Open Source intelligence products to Edgeworth’s clients matching the quality of those found in the Intelligence Community.
