Tom Erickson is the General Manager for Integration at Edgeworth Security. He has over thirty years of experience in construction, carpentry and structured cabling. He serves as a liaison between clients and the operations center to manage initial site setup and ongoing maintenance for our security solutions. Tom’s fluent understanding of system integration enables the seamless integration of technology to provide high performing security solutions.
This ensures for non-intrusive solutions that are tailored to commercial or residential needs. Tom also oversees site analytic testing to ensure quality service at every site.
Tom was also part of the design team for Edgeworth’s state of the art operations center, and plays a significant role in obtaining and maintaining our coveted UL827 and UL827B listing.
Prior to Edgeworth, Tom was the low voltage contractor for a 105,000 square foot office build out for Legendary Pictures in Burbank, CA. Working against an incredibly tight deadline, he collaborated with the design team to install the conveyance and associated cabling to support all the necessary in house technology including data, voice, access control, CCTV surveillance, A/V and audio, as well as construction of all machine rooms and projection facilities. As a result of his knowledge and acumen, Tom was promoted to Director of Facilities for Legendary.
In addition to his commercial experience, Tom also excels in high-end residential work. In his previous roles as a licensed contractor and apprentice to a Master Carpenter, Tom worked on a variety of home buildouts and installations for high-net-worth individuals around the Los Angeles area.
